ReportForge API ("the Service") is a report generation API operated by AlberaMarc ("we", "us", "our"). The Service transforms CSV and JSON data into professional HTML reports using pre-built templates via HTTP endpoints hosted at reportforge-api.vercel.app.
The Service processes your data to generate reports in real time. It does not store, index, or retain the data you submit beyond the duration of a single request.
By accessing or using the ReportForge API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Service is offered under the following usage tiers:

Requests exceeding your tier's rate limit will receive a 429 Too Many Requests response. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits or pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
You retain full ownership of any data you submit to the Service. We claim no rights over your input data or generated reports. The Service name, branding, report templates, and underlying code are the intellectual property of AlberaMarc.
We strive to maintain high availability but make no guarantees of uninterrupted service for Free tier users. Specifically:
Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated with at least 48 hours' notice when possible.
Paid tiers are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days of the charge.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall AlberaMarc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlberaMarc from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Since the Service does not store your data, there is no data to retrieve upon termination.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
